Baby Foot

I did the Baby Foot chemical foot peel treatment a couple weeks ago and LOVE my results. I shared some of my progress on stories but have a few tips now that I am completely done with the whole process.

Before/During Treatment

  1. Exfoliate and soak your feet for at least 30 minutes before your treatment. I used this as an excuse to take a long bath.

  2. The directions said to leave the treatment on your feet for an hour but I left it on for about 30 minutes longer. (Not an expert but this worked well for me. If you have sensitive skin maybe just stick to an hour.)

  3. Wear socks over the treatment pouches to keep them in place and make walking a little easier, but for the most part plan to sit still for majority of the process.

After Treatment

  1. Be patient. Your feet will seem completely normal for the first few days and you might think it didn’t work, but don’t stress, it takes about 5 days before peeling will start.

  2. Do not peel the skin off, let it peel natural but DO soak your feet after the peeling begins to gently help the process along.

  3. Plan on wearing closed toe shoes for about a week. The skin from the ankle to the tips of the toes will completely shed. It’s not pretty for a few days but so worth it.

It’s kind of a crazy process and a little gross too, if I’m being honest, but the end result is amazing. I don’t think my feet have ever been softer. I plan on doing this 2x per year to keep my smooth feet.
