Bathroom Shower Curtain

For my first quick tip Tuesday I’m bringing you all into my guest bathroom!

We are not the first owners of our home so there are lots of things we would have done differently had we gotten to choose all of our finishes. The bathrooms would definitely all be different, haha. We have taken on plenty of home projects, but our bathrooms have not yet topped our priority list. They are nice, just not as upgraded as I would like.

In most of the bathrooms in our home, we have prefabricated shower + bath tubs that require a shower curtain and curtain rod. A simple little trick I have found that really brings a beautiful look, is to take the shower curtain rod to the ceiling and buy extra-long curtain panels to use as a shower curtain. Once you’ve picked your panels and figured out your length, all you need to do is get a shower curtain liner that matches the size, as curtain panels are most likely NOT going to be water resistant. This little trick is so simple and cheap and has TOTALLY transformed our bathrooms! They now look and  feel much bigger, grander, and beautiful.
